Melissa Osterwind has served as President of SRI since 2013, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial management, operations, and strategic leadership. Under her guidance, SRI has tripled its staff, storage footprint, and gross sales—growing the company into a leading provider of art logistics and storage services.
Known for building exceptional client relationships, Melissa developed a deep appreciation for the art world through her work in the industry. She is recognized for delivering highly personalized, thoughtful solutions that reflect a genuine understanding of clients’ unique needs.
Before joining SRI, Melissa served as Controller for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she managed a $1.6 billion expense budget. She is a Trustee of The Bronx Museum of the Arts and Project for Empty Space, and serves as Vice Chair of ICEFAT, the global trade organization for art logistics. Melissa holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a finance concentration from Syracuse University.
