Edward Angley joined SRI in 2024 with deep experience in public-sector financial management. He previously led fiscal operations at the NY State Psychiatric Institute and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where he spearheaded paperless system transitions and streamlined procurement and accounts payable. Known for practical, tech-savvy solutions, Ed brings a steady, thoughtful approach to optimizing operations at SRI 

Edward studied at Syracuse University and holds a BA and Masters in Public Administration.
